run feature_pruning regularly (can't be done in travis)

The feature_pruning test can not be run in travis because travis has a limit/timeout on builds (2h). The test nevertheless should be run regularly and automated. Travis cronjobs don't help, so we need to run it in some other environment.

@kostyantyn @thothd In the light of fast sync etc. Do we have plans to do this?

Yes, we plan to run this test. I'd need to re-work this test a bit to test that there are no issues with fast sync/snapshot.
