Win32 CI build sometimes hangs

Describe the bug The Win32 build (wine on linux) sometimes hangs. Apparently it executes the unit tests and then does not move forward.

To Reproduce Run a travis-ci build. Wait for 2h. If it times out, you reproduced it. If it did not, rerun the build. It happens eventually.

Expected behavior The build should finish timely.

Environment Travis-CI build for Win32.
