cash rm -rf doesn't work

Hello! I've found that something like cash rm -rf ./dist/* doesn't work while cash rm -r -f ./dist/* (separately) does work. But the first syntax is correct and widespread in Linux.

I'm guessing this is a vorpal bug, since it looks like all commands become NOOPs when combined options are passed (e.g. -rf vs. -r -f).
