enabled XML pkgs failing

these pkgs will not automatically update

Note: this list does not include pkgs that are disabled in ketarin and failing

@gep13 , just a question. What's the project of this git? Is it supposed to be replaced by other? or is it still used (ketarins files) ?

That's just to know what to do with issues like this one... if it's supposed to be maintained by other maintainers, we can close this one, if not...

@tunisiano187 to the best of my knowledge, there is still a running ketarin instance that is using this repository as the basis for it's execution. As a result, assuming that the web pages associated with the packages haven't changed, new package versions will continue to be pushed. That is why we ask folks to remove the files from this repository when they take over maintenance of a package, so that there isn't a race condition for pushing new package versions.
