Tor.com Error: No chapters found

Open Tahini-123 opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

Trying to download a short, publicly available story from Tor.com. E.g. https://www.tor.com/2020/07/29/the-mysterious-study-of-dr-sex-tamsyn-muir The story has no chapters, just one single page.

I get 'Error: No chapters found.' Shouldnt the plugin assume that no chapter found = just one single chapter? How do I tell it that? I tried to play with the advanced settings but to no avail.

@Tahini-123 If there's only one page, you don't need WebToEpub. Just right click on the web page in the browser and select "Save As".
This will save the web page to your local machine as an HTML file. If you want it as an epub, you could then use Calibre to convert.
