Inconsistent image parsing on questionablequesting.com

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to '[NSFW] story'
- In the
Threadmarkssection, display all hidden threadmarks - Click on WebToEpub toolbar icon
Unselect allchapters except the following - • Chapter 02 - Trouble in 'Paradise' • Chapter 64 - A (un)Worthy Spar- Click on
Pack EPUBand open output in epub reader to see below scenarios.

Actual behaviour: The linked word chick is completely replaced by the image.
Expected behaviour: The image is added next to the linked word, preserving the linked word in the epub.
Scenario 2 2.1 Text in browser -

Actual behaviour: The image in the linked word hilt is not downloaded/added to epub file.
Expected behaviour: The image is added next to the linked word.

Additional context
• Scenario 1 is the more important error to solve in my opinion. By deleting the linked word, flow of text is broken and important context is lost (although not in this specific example as the word 'chick' is replaced by the image of a girl).
• Since epub cannot be attached here, I extracted the epub file, opened the chapter's .xhtml file in Notepad++ and mentioned the relevant section as Output above.
