Issue with image support on questionablequesting.com site
Describe the bug Whenever using WebToEpub to convert qq threads to epub, there seems to be some issue with image naming or something. For eg: https://forum.questionablequesting.com/threads/a-flawless-legacy-naruto-si-with-waifu-catalog-complete.24674/reader/ For this link, even in the first chapter, the 3rd image embedded in the chapter is not present correctly. If extended to whole thread, some major issue occurs and the generated epub cannot be viewed at all. If images are skipped, there is no issue.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Generate epub for https://forum.questionablequesting.com/threads/a-flawless-legacy-naruto-si-with-waifu-catalog-complete.24674/reader/. Even first chapter alone is sufficient to encounter some error. Use entire thread (65 chaps) to encounter epub not opening issue.

@superb1a The epub generated by WebToEpub is actually OK.
From the error message, it looks like you're using Calibre to view the epub. And I think Calibre is trying to unpack the images into files. I'm not entirely sure why you have trouble viewing the 3rd image on the first page, but I suspect it's because the name is missing a ".jpg" at the end.
I was able to view the epub using this chrome extension http://www.epubread.com/.
