Your problem sounds like a known issue with kiwibrowser's handling of Cloudflare cookies. https://github.com/dteviot/WebToEpub/issues/1326
Suggested workaround is to use the Firefox for Android browser. https://github.com/dteviot/WebToEpub/issues/1551
