Pick the one suitable for you, follow the "How to install from Source (for people who are not developers)" instructions at https://github.com/dteviot/WebToEpub/tree/ExperimentalTabMode#user-content-how-to-install-from-source-for-people-who-are-not-developers and let me know how it goes. Tested with:
