Support for 64 bit prefixes

A number of actions (regedit, winecfg, etc) fail when run against an imported prefix that is 64 bit. wine: WINEARCH set to win32 but '/home/np-hardass/.swine/DEFAULT' is a 64-bit installation. Obviously, this isn't an issue with swine prefixes, because they are 32 bit to begin with, but it'd be nice to support 64 bit prefixes. Worth adding, winetricks is adding 64 bit support, so it'd be nice to see support added in Swine as well.
