Issue:

Needs updating in Availability and Browser support section to reflect support in IE11 Win Phone 8.1 Update as covered at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/dn793580(v=vs.85).aspx

The -ms- and -o- versions should probably be removed as Presto no longer exists and it is non standard so IE likely won't add it as -ms-.
