PhoneGap: “Essential PhoneGap CSS” could include IE equivalent for tap-highlight-color

Issue:

• -webkit-tap-highlight-color is non-standard and has no equivalent CSS in other engines
• However, if it needs to be used, IE supports a meta element equivalent: <meta name="msapplication-tap-highlight" content="no" />

Suggested fix:

Adding a paragraph covering the IE way would increase the usefulness of the advice.

Still need to find a way for Firefox. I don’t think they provide a solution?
