(Feature Request) Docker, Helm & external config support

For an organization to use Restools as an internal tooling solution it need to be hosted. Providing a docker image/Helm chart & a way to pull the config from s3/Google storage will make the hosting very simple. If it makes sense happy to submit a PR. Thanks

@febinsathar sounds great! Just keep the storage provider dynamic so you may choose either to use S3/Google/Azure/Custom solution.
