Cursor moves to bottom left of window when dragging scrollbar with wrapped lines

The cursor moves to bottom left of the window when dragging the scrollbar when there are wrapped lines. If wrap is set, but there aren't wrapped lines, the problem doesn't occur (nor does it occur with nowrap).
