Are you getting this error everytime using the app or got only once?

Did you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app

after reinstalling the app and opening epub will ask you for file permission did you granted it

If it still crashes , Kindly turn on Open Epub With External reader in settings page and use external reader .I will fix it ASAP in upcoming release
