Asking for storage access even after getting storage access

Hello, after downloading a book when I am trying to open, it's not opening it saying needs storage permission even though I have already given him that.

In the meantime, the files are stored in /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.app.openlib/files/ - they appear to have hashes for filenames, so you'll need to open them to figure out what's what.
