Set Main Language (catalogue and search)

Hi, thank you for your app. I was wondering if it is possible to add a new setting to select the main language for the catalogue and the search query in annasarchive website. Currently I couldn't find any way to set this and it would be beneficial for foreign users. I don't know about the catalogue and suggested books, but annasarchive has a setting to search for a specific language. Thank you!
