[Feature]: Ability to select "secure cloud" when choosing vast.ai instances (and "core cloud" instead of "marketplace" when using tensor dock).

Problem

Currently there is no way to select this when choosing vast.ai instances or tensordock instances, so you might have to use potentially insecure instances.

Solution

add a configuration option to allow the use of the secure cloud instances when using vast.ai, and the core cloud instances when using tensordock.
