Some questions we need to answer before implementing that

  1. Should secrets be project-scoped or repo-scoped?
  2. Should we offer the /secrets/get method to obtain secret value?
  3. Should we also support variables — i.e. not protected "secrets"?
  4. What role can add/delete/update secrets?
  5. Should a secret name be case-sensitive?
