Log runner errors related to run with the run logs

Currently, the user doesn't see why a run is failing...

Examples:

• workflows.yaml is missing
• Specified workflow cannot be found
• Specified provider cannot be found
• Specified tag cannot be found
• Can’t fetch the repo
• Can’t apply the diff + error message
• Can’t download the provider
• Can’t create/start Docker container
• Can’t find/mount the artifact
