dstack Rename the folder where dstack uploads the repo from `/workflow` to `/repo` (and document it)

This is to be done in 0.19 as it can be backward incompatible.

Since the renaming is a braking change, there should be a transitioning mechanism. @peterschmidt85, I don't think it's a good issue for Hacktoberfest.
