[Bug]: RunPod backend does not respect configured regions
Steps to reproduce
- Specify
regionsproperty for runpod backend:

regions: [EU-RO-1]

- Observe that offers from other regions are included:

I don't see that RunpodCompute uses config.regions anywhere, so this is probably the issue:

This also seems to be the case with cudo, tensordock, vastai backends.
This issue is stale because it has been open for 30 days with no activity.
