dstack [Feature]: Add new configuration parameter to support different types of clouds offered by Runpod

Problem

Runpod offers two types of cloud [Secure, Community]. Community cloud offers machines in cheaper price than Secure cloud.

Currently, gpuhunt aggregates and lists offers from both Secure and Community clouds. The problem arises due to listing prioritization. Due to community cloud's lower cost, it is always presented as the first choice to users. This would not cater to the needs of users who prioritize security offered by the Secure Cloud.

Solution

We can add provider specific parameters in profiles.yml similar to instance_types.

Workaround

Concatenate _secure and _community with gpu_names.

@Bihan I'd wait with this one before we finish other important ones. This issue isn't a blocker for using RunPod.
