Pass different model characteristics to color

More of a nice-to-have, but being able to pass through different model characteristics to color the plot by is useful (and should be available from the underlying function Kit wrote for SJ) to help visualize the impact of different parameters, etc.

This would be useful to refine the model grid by looking at the effect of different hyper parameters (we did this to an extent for the San Jose project) and looking at feature sets (ideally with clean names for leave-one-out sets as well)
