Simple download and run the example locally does not work( on Windows 10)

I personally do not maintain that demo. That was contributed by [bakaoh](https://github.com/bakaoh) in https://github.com/3box/sss-wasm/pull/2. The new demo was more reliable than the server-side demo that I used to host.
