Cannot target PCL that supports Windows Phone 8.1.

"Microsoft.Bcl.Async" (in the version linked by PCLStorage's NuGet package, v1.0.165) cannot target Windows Phone 8.1. This was fixed in v1.0.166, can the NuGet package be updated?
