This was a busy time for Facebook. manage_pages scope is available nower days and can be added after a quick review of your app by FB.

When I installed via composer, it broke my mautic installation.

@fcandiani tried to find you either in Mautic Slack (https://www.mautic.org/slack/) or in Skype to discuss it. Maybe we can switch there? currently "composer require facebook/php-ads-sdk:3.1.*;" will delete all other vendor...

Actually the error message of Facebook is missleading. It likely doesn't complain about the domain missing in the app settings (probably added already). But about the URL not being entered...
