Enhancement of QR code scanning

Obviously the new QR code scanning and consecutive proper parsing of the data work only for QR codes of Russian checks.

It's really a simple format and I suppose it shouldn't be so complicated to implement a proper data parsing for my country. Please add an option to choose different country settings for the QR code format. As you understand every country will probably has its own data format and will require different data parsing.
