Enhancement: Add tool tips for buttons in the bottom menu bar

Feature request

In order to improve usability and accessibility, supply the buttons in the bottom menu bar on various screens with tool tips available on press&hold.

Example

On the Menu - Entities - Categories screen, the button with lightning icon does nothing for me, no matter which order the categories have, and I have no idea what it is supposed to be doing. Context-based help in a form of tool tip would have helped me as a user.

Note

I am assuming this is not a bug, but a feature that was never implemented. Financisto versions available in Play Store (1.8.1 — stable and 1.8.2 — beta) don't have this functionality.
