Support for private actions repos

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. N/A

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice if all actions that your user (could be based on your SSH key or GH config) could view actions from private repositories in the same way. Right now it seems your user can only access public repositories.

You should be able to view workflow-runs and actions of private repos assuming the account/token provided has access. Can you describe more exactly what you are missing?

Please reopen if you experience any issues with actions in private repos. I would be happy to fix, but need further details on the issue first.
