Add gMFSK

It was mentioned that Linux options for decoding RTTY were limited to "fldigi, linpsk, hfterm and gMFSK", so adding gMFSK.

Sources can be found at http://gmfsk.connect.fi/ but the sources are broken in a couple of places, so falling back to Debian package.
