Make it into a Windows executable.

Please make it into a Windows executable. I do not want to install unity just to edit some save file, i want this to be an executable, so i can just use the editor without installing unity. I could make this myself, as i have the knowledge to do so, but i feel like other people might also need it in the form of an executable.
