The engine doesn't start thinking

Hello Mr., My problem is that the engine doesn't start thinking. I have the following system: CPU: Ryzen 7 1800X RAM: 16 Gb DDR4 3000 MHz VIDEO: Geforce GTX 1060 6 Gb What settings should I use so the engine to work? Thanks a lot.
