New install on windows11 egbb probe not loaded.

So I thought it was about time I updated to the not crashing at fast speeds version.

I deleted everything and used install.bat.

I tried pointing arena gui at scorpio.exe and .bat and the engine didn't start, so I ran scorpio.exe from command prompt and typed go. I got egbb probe not loaded.

Does this mean the dll doesn't work in windows 11 or am I missing something obvious.
