+1 on this PR. I wanted to do this a while back but I am still learning how to "do stuff" on GH.

Wrong card styling when refreshing screen and when changing state

I've notice similar symptoms after a recent update. Interestingly, it seems to only affect two buttons used for switch entities but does not seem to affect the buttons for lights...
