Links To Slides Must Work

The hash.deck.js plugin enables permalinks to individual sides. Due to conflicts with other code, I have disabled this or accidentally broken it at various times.

Make sure this feature works:

• Links to a particular slide should load that slide.
• Update the current URL when you change slides.
• Links within the page or manually editing the URL should also cause appropriate slide changes (lower priority).
