Initalise GraphQL server for dynamic contents of the app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As discussed in the last contributor's meet, we need to build a panel to manage all the dynamic contents of the app.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Initialize an Apollo GraphQL server along with mongoose, express, and other required services.
• Setup Eslint, prettier, and other dev configs

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Using typescript for this project will be a great choice

Additional context

• A new folder must be created containing all the project files related to the server
