Current behavior

I have two dropdown list (One insert in another. See picture). When I try open nested dropdown list, I got error (See next pictures).

I think that Bootstrap4Framework needs preinitialization, because when I try to do something like this use routing, it works fine (see picture). But I need that it works without routing.

Expected behavior

I want that open inner dropdown list works fine.
