Backwards compatibility to old kcd-version

Dear all

Since January the new kcd-version includes a namespace and does not support "version" no more [1]. Would it be possible to integrate some kind of backwards compatibility to support older versions of this format, as other applications like CANBabel [3](or restcan [4]) are using it. For instance CANBabel is producing an invalid format of kcd, as it is still using "version="0.7"" [2].

This issue should be closed. CANBabel is also using the format using namespaces. The namespaces are needed in projects that integrate the KCD schema into the project schema. The version is now coded into the namespace: http://kayak.2codeornot2code.org/1.0
