First step handled in #104 with the upgrade.sh script updating pom.xml to the latest version. Next step would probably be pulling the zip file and handling it.

Year-old thread. Interesting. Cloning pages isn't an option for most of them that I've seen, now that they reference a protected custom setting and/or protected custom labels.

Unable to see Type in my layout for Action Plans or Action Plan Templates

Type won't be visible by default in new orgs. Check field level security.
