Needs to be updated from TP5

It seems that the Version numbers for the Setup and the installed ID's need to be updated from TP5.

Also all of the ID's to identify if the application has been installed.

Love to see the xSCOM module updated as well. looks like SCOM DSC configs are broken unless I use mortenlerudjordet's work, can his work be merged in?
