xPSDesiredStateConfiguration MSFT_xArchive: Consolidate Integration Tests?

MSFT_xArchive currently has two Integration test files, MSFT_xArchive.EndToEnd.Tests.ps1 and MSFT_xArchive.Integration.Tests.ps1. Are these both needed? Is there overlap? Can we consolidate these?

I noticed that too. But I'm not sure we could consider the E2E tests as Integration tests though because they are't validating the behavior withing the integrated system. They are functional journey tests. Is there any challenge with leaving them as is?

If there is overlap, getting rid of it may help with addressing #477. But I don't think it's critical that we do it ASAP or anything.

Definitely want to get rid of test overlap and end up with more of a test pyramid if we can. So worth keeping this open and having a bit of a review of it.
