Collect additional information related to Certificate.

Certificate misuse for password encryption and decryption seems to be a common scenario. update the xDScDiagnostics to collect information related to certificates.

The following are some examples.

  • Certificate ID of the localconfiguraiton manager ( or entire meta-configuration settings)
  • Self signed certificate if it exist and its thumbprint, subject etc. ( Self signed cert used for SSL authentication during pull).
