Hi @TorstenSchnitter. I am the original author of this module. Sorry there hasn't been any traction on your PR. Some time ago I transferred its ownership to the @dsccommunity. I'm no longer actively maintaining it.

It looks like we overlooked some issues during the transfer. I'll try to address them as soon as possible, get your PR reviewed, and publish a new version to the PowerShell Gallery.
