Make visible only when player is on

Suggestion: ^^title When Spotify is running, show the toolbar. If it's closed (its process is ended), hide the toolbar.

I also suggest (maybe optional in settings), when music stops/pauses, the scrolling text pause to scroll too and push the text info to the beggining. Also, like ingdanko suggested, when spotify is closed, hide the toolbar, this would be very nice too.

Alternatively, have it only hide the text labels if the source is closed. Keep the play/pause buttons, progress bar (shown empty), default album art, etc. This shows that Audioband is still present and working, but there is no music being presented.
