Control spotify volume from Audioband

Add the ability to control the volume of spotify via the web api. Being able to control that and then select playlists would create a complete spotify replacement which I'm personally all for.

@mrsqueak11806 I have a fork which has a basic implementation. Im currently working on making it a bit more customizable, though it is already functional if you're still interested
