Auto sizing option for the toolbar

Description Have an option to auto size the toolbar based on the current elements as mentioned in #174 .

Notes Currently, the controls are positioned in a canvas so getting the bounding rectangle will have to be calculated. VisualTreeHelper.GetDescendantBounds may work for this.

Hi @dsafa just following this issue, and on bug 174. Any update on this, would love to get some of my taskbar back :)
