MCEF: Downloading libraries stuck at 0% on OSX Catalina
I was about to play MCEF w/ WebDisplays, when i encountered this error. I left my iMac on for 5 hours and no change.
The servers for downloading CEF are dead and inoperative. Basically, this project is so dead that the servers it relies on has shuttered it's doors.

I'm talking about the ones for 1.12.2, NOT the latest versions. They didn't specify what version of Minecraft they are running, so I have to assume they are running the defacto standard for Minecraft modding.

There is no loading screen in the 1.12 one for it to get stuck at 0% on, but there is in the 1.20 one Also at this point, I'd say 1.20 is more of the de facto for minecraft modding at this point than 1.12 tbh
I didn’t even know that. Also, 1.12.2 is still the standard as it has the most mods, and the best compatibility with mods.
The 1.12.2 version hasn't been supported by me in well over year. We completely rewrote mcef in 2023 and have new servers (which are much faster) for the CEF binary hosting. I may look at adding support for 1.12.2 in mcef 2, but I have limited time. If anyone else wants to take it on, I'd be more than willing to help.
