Work with PDF

It would be great if jetzt worked with PDFs. I don't know if that's possible from JS. But if it's not, we could at least documented a recommended way to convert PDF to text or HTML that works well with jetzt.

This is something I'm interested in researching.

See pdf.js for a pure-javascript pdf reader. I haven't investigated how difficult it would be to integrate jetzt into it.

An alternative is to convert the pdf to epub, upload it to google books, and then use jetzt normally.

Did anyone find a better alternative to work with PDFs by any chance? I've been uploading them as ePub but it constantly turns out to be bad quality (rendering).
