Support Pinia Colada

Description

Since this project already has a library for TanStack React Query, it should be feasible to have an equivalent for Pinia Colada.

Proposal

Add a library to use openapi-fetch together with Pinia Colada.

Thanks for suggesting! We don’t have the bandwidth to create this right now, and it really helps to have opinions from someone that has used it in a production setting themselves. But if anyone has a version of this they are using and can write an initial PR, we’d happily accept it in the project and maintain it.

That would be great to see openapi-typescript ecosystem expand to Vue!
